We were stoked about another opportunity to collaborate with Ronald McDonald House again for their upcoming 6th annual Amazing Journey event!
Competitors (parents and their children, in teams of two) raced to the finish line while competing a series of fun challenges throughout Vancouver, and we were invited to run one of the challenges – music related, of course J as well, there was a post-race BBQ party where we were invited to perform at the Nat Bailey Stadium – it was the perfect day for it!
Really have to give kudos to our amazing volunteers got up early on a Sunday morning to help set up. We were station #14! Competitors had to correctly match more than 12 pictures of instruments to their names in less than 30 seconds to pass the test. Thanks to Winnie who thought of this simple and fun idea!
We were excited to have Gio again who brought along with him the amazing Jessica Zraly. Check out the second song that they wrote together – “Mess Up”, based on a true story! Free download on Friday, August 29th @ 10am PST!
Our day ended with four of us doing our ASL ice bucket challenges at Nat Bailey Stadium. Thanks Winnie Ma for the nomination…
